+ Greasemonkey Add-on for Firefox:
- Step 1: Use Firefox to navigate to the Greasemonkey Add-on page;
- Step 2: Click the Add to Firefox button, assuming you are using a compatible version (as of this writing, versions 1.5 to 3.0.* are supported);
- Step 3: Restart Firefox and ensure Greasemonkey is enabled by glancing at the lower right corner of the Firefox window. If it has been installed correctly there will be a smiling monkey there to greet you;
- Step 4: Find user scripts to install at the following website: userscripts.org.
Now, if you use Gmail and like to organize using labels (or wish there was a way to organize using a folder-like structure), go to userscripts.org and install Folders4Gmail, a script allowing folder-like organization using the label interface.
